We had a very good experience with this company. Everything from returning our calls, answering our questions, and ultimately the new roof. We originally had them quote us a metal roof, but then changed our mind and decided to have them quote us a shingle roof. They didn't pressure us to stay with the more expensive metal roof. Rick was the one to come to our house to answer our questions and give us the quotes and he was very pleasant to work. Dave, the owner, was the one to call us and schedule a time to do the roof. The day he was wanting to do it on didn't work for us, so without complaining, he re-did his schedule to accommodate us with a date that did work. He also came back the day after the roof was done to do a final inspection as well as another check for things like missed nails that were in the landscaping and yard. (Truth be told, you're just going to have those when you rip off old shingles.) Our roof wasn't an especially difficult roof in that it didn't have a lot of different peaks and wasn't an extreme pitch, but we were still impressed that they were able to finish it in one day. (Depending on your roof and their work load, that may not always be the case, just saying.) We did have other quotes. They were in the ballpark with those other quotes, but with an investment like a roof, cheapest is NOT always the way to go. I just had a good feeling about them after their presentation and conversations. An investment in our roof was something that I didn't want to skimp on and mess around with. Integrity roofing was great to work with! David helped us work with the insurance company to get a thorough inspection and evaluation of the damage for our claim. Once everything was done with the insurance claim they moved extremely quick and only took a few days to finish the entire roof. The service was great and the roof looks wonderful. I would definitely give them a call if you need help with your roof.

David is outstanding to work with. I had storm damage on my roof. He came the next day. He covered my roof to protect it from further damage. David was so helpful with my insurance company. David, with Integrity roofing, did a great job repairing the flashing on our skylights when we had a leak in our only 8 year old roof. He answered my call, came out to assess the problem 2 days later, and came back to do the work when he said he would. Other roofers in the area would not call back when they said they would, and one wanted to charge a minimum of 7k and said the work wouldn't even be warranted unless we paid them to replace all our skylights too at a price of 19k, and told us we had soft spots in our roof, which wasn't true. David was very nice, professional, good with communicating, and actually has Integrity, when many people don't anymore! We would definitely recommend them!
